1. Introduction

fry9 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where eligibility criteria are not met, and to void any bets or winnings associated with ineligible accounts. Where funds have been deposited by an ineligible user, fry9 will return them minus any processing charges incurred.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of fry9 services, users must create a single, verified account. Registration is free of charge. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will be merged or closed at fry9's discretion, and any bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Information Accuracy

At registration, users are required to supply accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Full legal name (matching government-issued identification)
• Date of birth (must confirm 21+ age eligibility)
• Valid contact number (Bangladeshi mobile network preferred: Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk)

KYC Verification

fry9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including but not limited to a National ID card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill in the name of the account holder. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure. Account balances will not be released until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

fry9 supports a range of local payment methods to make transactions convenient for players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, and all divisions of Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount and accepted payment methods are as follows:

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• KYC must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically 1–3 business days. During peak periods (e.g., Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL finals) processing may take up to 5 business days.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fry9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected slot games, and cricket betting cashback during IPL and BPL seasons. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement of at least 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for specific promotions will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value. They may not be exchanged for real money without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.

Bet Placement & Settlement

All bets are final once confirmed. fry9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where:

• A technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed at the time the bet was placed. In such cases, fry9 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• A live event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant sport's specific betting rules. Settlement procedures in such cases will follow the rules stated on the event page.
• Winnings are credited to the user's fry9 account balance following successful settlement. Payout amounts are determined by the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement, not at settlement time.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet per transaction is ৳10. Maximum single-bet exposure limits vary by sport and market. fry9 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet to ৳500,000 (five hundred thousand Taka) unless stated otherwise in a specific promotional event. Players who consistently place large-value bets may have their account subject to enhanced monitoring to ensure responsible use of the platform.

7. Responsible Gaming

fry9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively rather than waiting until a problem develops.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit may only be reduced immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the fry9 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, data compilations, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fry9 or its licensed content partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, resale, or derivative creation based on platform content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fry9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by fry9's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

fry9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described therein.
